Fall In.

Welcome to Fall! 

Here in Chico, we experienced some rain last night and this morning, giving us the feeling of autumn.

This is a time when natures slows down and starts to shut down for winter… the preparation for hibernation. 

I don’t know about you, but I have really grown to love fall for that same reason.  Life starts to slow down.  The days are get shorter, we can spend more time indoors, we generally have less activity, and can focus on getting more rest.

If you find yourself wanting to curl up with a blanket and good movie – do it!  This is your body’s way of saying, “yes, it’s ok to rest and rejuvenate!”

 

Honor yourself by taking time to fall into some nourishing rejuvenation this autumn. 

Restoration during fall and winter is critical to be ready for all the activity next spring and summer will bring.  Remember, You deserve it.
