I Am.

This morning I was listening to Wayne Dyer, and one of my favorite inspirations from him is “I am.” 

Did you know every time you make a statement of “I am…” you are affirming to your subconscious brain everything that follows “I am…”? 

You are telling your subconscious brain, “Yes please! I want more of that!!”  But do you really? 

 

Think about how you use the statement “I am…” throughout your day. 

Do you say or THINK things like:

  • I am sick.

  • I am tired.

  • I am sick and tired of….

  • I am depressed.

  • I am stressed!!

  • I am hungry… or hangry.

  • I am worn out.

OR do you say/think things like:

  • I am healthy.

  • I am excited about today.

  • I am happy.

  • I am grateful for….

  • I am wide awake and ready to go!

  • I am alert.

  • I am awesome.

  • I am thankful for….

  • I am going to kick some ass today!!

 

Our brain responds very well when we say “I.” 

Our mind perks up, starts to listen, and then finds a way to make whatever we say materialize.  You’ve heard the phrase, “be careful what you wish for.”  This is why…

your subconscious mind is always listening and working out a plan to give you what you’re asking for.
